RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Before proceeding to Returns/Exhange, please understand the products purchased by you meets high quality standard and goes through a rigorous process of quality check by our team of experts.

The Engineers of Clothes help their customer with Easy exchange policy and customer can request for return/exchange within 1 days from the date of delivery. if There is any issue from “our side” means if you ordered a jeans size 32 and you have recieved the same size but you want to exchange it which is “not our fault” so customer have to send shipment to our address and then we will send them with their desire size for that they have to pay 200rs. Same Prodcedure Goes For Return And We Will Send Your Amount In Your Bank Account Discluded Delivery Charges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, item must be

• Within 1 days of receipt of your shipment
• In original condition
• Unwashed & Unworn
• In the original packaging
• Received package should contain all original tags and invoice
• Product must be packed in a proper way so that it should not get damaged during transit

Once the order is received back, it will go under quality check, basis same refund will be processed.

1. If received product doesn’t meet eligibility criteria of return during quality check then same product will be returned back to customer and no refund / exchange will be processed.

2. Exchange or Return is allowed only once per order. 

This Exchange/Return Process Takes 7-8 Working Days So Your Patience are Highly Appreciated
