Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery: Available on orders above PKR 3,850.

• Standard Delivery: Delivery charges are PKR 299 for orders below PKR 3,850.

• Advance Payment: Customers are required to pay PKR 250 in advance from the total bill to confirm the order.

• The remaining amount will be payable according to the selected payment method upon delivery.

Order Confirmation

All orders may be confirmed through a phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch. The PKR 250 advance payment is required for order confirmation and helps us process your order securely.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

• Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

• Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

• Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.
